Demolition - Week 1 & 2

Here's a before shot taken a week before everyone has moved out.

The demolition team hacked at the roof first, then the East & West walls, then the remainder... I can't believe it really is happening... well, the hard (and more interesting) part is just starting. Wish us luck!

Remodeling August 17, 2005

We have just finished paying all the permit fees and we (my mom and step dad and sister, anyways) are in the process of packing and moving all the stuff out of the house and moving into our little rental. The anticipation is building and Susie and I are thinking of taking pictures along the way to show the progress. This weekend is the day we will be moving the big stuff out, mainly bedroom furniture and our sofas from our old house, entitled "the Diamond Bar house" (Boy, doesn't it sound like we have money HA!)
